Soul Chain designs are all “made to order” to avoid excess stock.

All orders require 50% down, final payment due when order complete. Prep time varies from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the item and quantiy ordered. “Signature/ hand crochet pieces may take longer.” Contact the boutique to find out when it will ship.

WHOLESALE ORDERS: “Accessories Only”

We appreciate orders of 5 to 10 pieces per style, per color for items marked “available for wholesale”. Please email your request to; soulchainllc@gmail.com. WHOLESALE APPLICATION IS REQUIRED.

SHIPPING: To expedite your order, please identify items clearly (i.e. by style, size, and color.) Most of our merchandise is shipped via USPS or FedEx. You pay shipping.

PAYMENT: We accept; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash app.

RETURN POLICY: Do to the small nature of our business and handmade process, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. You have two days to cancel any order, however a cancelation fee will be applied.

Washing Instructions:
As with all fine, hand crafted garments we suggest washing our garments by hand in cold water and laying them flat to dry, though each garment has its own individual care instructions written on the label.
